What are my Consignor Options regarding printing barcode labels?

Option 1: Pick your barcode labels up at our "Early Bar-Code Pick-Up" (Watch the main page for details) and label your items (place the barcode sticker on the string tag) at home. When labeling, ensure the barcode is all on one side... if you bend/wrap the bar-code, it will not scan. Pre-labeling your barcodes at home will save you time during drop off! Then bring your already labeled items to the store on Drop Off Day. We will still honor the guarantee IF you bring your items to the store IN NUMERICAL ORDER as they were keyed in (Don't forget to print your inventory sheets and bring them with you!). Option 2: Print your barcode labels at home using a COLOR PRINTER and ensure alignment is accurate. Follow the directions CAREFULLY that appear after you enter your items. Labels that are not printed correctly will have to be re-labeled in store during drop off. Label your items (place the bar-code sticker on the string tag) at home then bring your already labeled items to the store on our Drop Off Day. We will still honor the guarantee IF you bring your items to the store IN NUMERICAL ORDER as they were keyed in (Don't forget to print your inventory sheets and bring them with you!). Option 3 - Sign up here to have your barcode labels mailed to you for $4; it will be taken right out of your consignor check. No need to pay upfront.

Can I bring someone with me to shop at Pre-Sale? What about children ?

Using your consignor pass you may bring any one guest with you. Children will be counted as a guest. You may also give your guest passes to your friends. We love children (we are moms, too!) We don't recommend you bring your children to Pre-Sale because it is one of our busiest Shopping times. Bring your kids measurements with you and enjoy a day of shopping.

How should I price my items?

We suggest you set the price at 30% of the retail value. Baby Equipment, Furniture and Large Indoor/Outdoor Toys usually sell for more and are in high demand. We have an abundance of 0-6 month sizes, so they must be priced competitively in order to sell. Maternity and Junior clothing are not shopped as heavily, so price these competitively, also.

Can I be a consignor in several Rhea Lana's events?

Yes, but you will need to enter your items online in separate batches and under separate Consignor Numbers. Register for each sale separately.

How do I secure small pieces with Toys or Equipment?

Place them in a ziploc bag and then seal the ziploc with clear packing tape. With a sharpie please write your consignor number and the price on the bag in case the tag gets separated from the bag. This is important!

When I sell items in a ziploc bag, how do I attach the price tag?

First, be sure to affix the barcode label to the string tag; do not stick it directly onto the item or the bag. Then attach the string tag to the item and tag inside the bag. Make sure the tag is visible.

What if my item is not worth your minimum price guideline of $4.00?

If it meets our "excellence quality" standards, then group it together with one or two more like items. Pin them together on a hanger, or group them in a ziplock bag and put one price for the entire group.

Should I iron my clothes?

Wrinkled clothes do not sell! We will likely send them home to you if they are extremely wrinkled. Please do what is necessary to make your clothes look clean and nice. Remember, the better they look, the more likely they are to sell!

Can I enter additional batches?
