There is a $10 consignor fee (same as all consignors) + a $5 supply fee that goes to your processor to help cover the cost of supplies such as safety pins, string tags, hangers and more. This fee is taken out of your check at the end. No need to pay up front.
You have the option to split your items between VIP Consigning and Standard Consigning! If you want the big items out now like baby gear and furniture, but want to prep clothes and shoes yourself - you can! Or maybe you need the closet space now but aren't quite ready to part with the toys. No problem! VIP Consigning is a great solution!
Your Consignor check will be emailed to you via eCheck the day after the sale ends. Make sure your email is verified when you log in to enter items.
You will receive the passes by mail, hand delivery by the processor or they can be left for you at the event to be picked up at Pre-Sale.
You must pick up any unsold items (if they are not marked for donation) during Consignor Pick Up times immediately following the event.
The VIP Processor will NOT be responsible for returning unsold items. If you do not pick up unsold items during the designated pick-up times, items will be donated promptly at the end of the last pick-up time on that day.
We love baby gear, toys, books, maternity items, boutique brands, etc! Car Seats MUST BE VERY CLEAN! If the seat has stains, food, dirt, etc., we will not accept it.
For the BTS/Fall & Winter Sale - all clothes and shoes need to be seasonal for the months of August - February. We will accept shorts, pants/jeans, long & short sleeve tops, dresses, jackets & coats, hoodies, and all accessories & shoes for fall/winter. All shoes except summer sandals, flip-flops and water shoes. We will not be able to accept for our Fall/Winter sale: summer themed clothing & holidays such as Easter and 4th of July.
For the Spring/Summer Sale - all clothes and shoes need to be seasonal for the months of March - July. We will accept shorts, pants/jeans, long & short sleeve tops, dresses, swimwear, jackets, hoodies, and all accessories & shoes for spring/summer. We will not be able to accept for our Spring/Summer sale: tall or winter boots, fall/winter themed clothing such as Halloween or Christmas.
All sales we accept athletic wear - soccer, baseball & softball, cleats, dance leotards & shoes Sports gear such as bats, gloves also sell really well.
Clothing needs to be less than 2-3 years old, clean, odor free and freshly washed (please make sure clothing is free of pet hair as well).
If items have been in long term storage, please go through them and make sure they are current and clean. No stains, holes or excessive wear.
If you have outfits, please fold them together so your VIP Processor will know what goes together. Any items that require batteries to work must have working batteries and items must have all parts.
Whatever containers you choose to deliver your items to the VIP Processor in will NOT be returned. Please use boxes or bags to deliver your items.
There is a limit of 20 junior girl (size XS - XL) clothing items. Please do not send adult clothing or brands, processors will not be able to enter them.
Also, we do NOT accept formal dresses or prom dresses.
Limit of 40 hangers, per gender in infant sizes 0-6 months.
Recalled items
Any battery-operated toys, swings or bouncers, etc. that do not function.
VHS Tapes
Used Underwear
Stuffed animals (unless they are Branded,Build-a-Bear or Talking /Animated Animals)
Any items that are stained, torn or overly worn
Items with missing buttons, broken zippers or lost parts
Bags of loose toys unless theme oriented (i.e. bags of all army toys, Barbie toys, all cars and trucks, etc.)
Breast pumps, unless hands free.
Used bottle nipples/used pacifiers
If you provide items that do not meet the Rhea Lana's standards (clothing with stains, holes excessive wear, dirty shoes, out-of-season items, items that do not work, or items we do not accept) your VIP processor will immediately donate them and they will NOT be returned to you. No exceptions! Processors simply do not have the storage space or the capacity to return things to you.
